Madam Herta just because yes~

This animation became out of nowhere, I just was told by a friend that I need to make Madam Herta and I was like: Say no more.

I thought in adding a VA but in the end I felt like this was too damn short, how can I make something so sloppy for my favorite HSR character!? so I’ll save that VA for later and make something more ambitious ?
